1. Research Use Only
All products offered by LeanWay are sold strictly for laboratory research and development use only. They are not for human or animal use or consumption, administration, clinical application, diagnostic purposes, or therapeutic use of any kind.
These products and the statements on this website have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. No product or statement is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
LeanWay is a research chemical supplier. It is not a pharmacy, does not provide medical services, and does not compound or dispense prescription products under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. LeanWay is not registered as an outsourcing facility under section 503B of that Act.
Products are provided as-is for laboratory research. When ordering is enabled, purchasers will acknowledge and confirm that they are qualified researchers or purchasing on behalf of a qualified research organization and accept responsibility for lawful handling, storage, and use.
2. Eligibility
Visitors must be at least 21 years of age and must affirm, before entering the storefront, that all products are being considered for legitimate research purposes. LeanWay reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where research-use intent cannot be reasonably verified.
3. Product Information
Product descriptions and documentation are provided for reference. Where source reports are published, the associated purity data comes from the identified batch-level analytical report. Unpublished purity is labeled accordingly. LeanWay makes no claims regarding the suitability of any product for a particular research protocol.
4. Orders and Payment
Ordering is currently unavailable. When ordering is enabled, orders will be subject to acceptance and availability, prices will be listed in US dollars, and payment will be due at the time of order. LeanWay reserves the right to cancel orders that appear to violate these terms or applicable regulations.
5. Shipping
Shipping is limited to the United States. Availability and shipping timing are confirmed during order processing. Tracking information is provided when an order is dispatched.
6. Limitation of Liability
LeanWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through this site. The total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Compliance
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and use of research compounds comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. LeanWay does not provide legal guidance on compliance matters.
